My professional roots are in Global Investment Banking, where I spent years helping to manage risk and provide excellent service. I bring that same level of discipline and attention to detail to property management.
As a real estate investor, I have flipped nearly 100 homes and currently operate a portfolio of commercial properties. This hands-on experience has taught me exactly what to look for—from structural vulnerabilities to the "small leaks" that can cause major damage if left unchecked.

For years, I owned a condo in Delray Beach while living in New Jersey. I remember the anxiety of hurricane season. I remember wondering if the "friend" I asked to check on my place actually went inside or just drove by.
I founded Coastal Palms Home Watch to bring professional asset management standards to the home watch industry. We don't just "watch" your home; we manage it with the care and expertise it deserves.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and a concentration in Commercial Real Estate, Dave Jr. understands property not just as a structure, but as a performing asset. His academic background, combined with years of hands-on real estate experience alongside his father, means that every visit is conducted with an investor's eye for detail.
Now a proud resident of Delray Beach, Dave Jr. is deeply embedded in the local community. When he's not managing properties, he enjoys staying active and cheering on the NY Giants and Knicks.
