Service Limitations
Home Watch services are defined as visual observations of a home or property, looking for obvious issues. Please understand that:

- We do not perform repairs or maintenance work ourselves
- Our checks are visual and may not detect hidden issues
- We cannot guarantee prevention of all property damage
- Response times during major weather events may be affected
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information and keep it updated
- Provide necessary keys, access codes, and alarm information
- Maintain valid homeowner's insurance on your property
- Notify us of any changes to your property or authorized contacts
- Pay for services according to the agreed-upon schedule
Liability Limitations
While we carry professional liability insurance and are bonded, our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or latent defects
- We are not liable for damage caused by third-party vendors
- We are not liable for damage caused by acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services
We recommend maintaining comprehensive homeowner's insurance to protect your property.
